District 9 (North Central council district which includes both of those library branches) Councilman Louis Rowe has
stated recently that he plans to make building a new branch library in the district a priority while he's in office. The Bannwolf Library at Reagan suffers from limited availability as you described and Brook Hollow is a bit far from Stone Oak.
