^^^ people just can't read...

Anywho I hope this gets the city in gear to make Harry Wurzbach more attractive to drive. All those possible future residents(military kids) have to drive down that dumpy portion.

It was announced that the interchange between Austin highway and HW is going to be completely redone and reconfigured

I think this is a positive trend for San Antonio. Millennials are moving away from suburbia back into urban cores nationwide. The only downside is, SA doesn't have a public transportation infrastructure yet to help ease the traffic. Hopefully this kind of development can spur city leaders toward support of more public transportation options.

Just read the article the OP posted. I will make it easier for you and quote the sentence from the article.

"Homes in this community will start from the low $300s and range in size from 1,600 to 2,600 sq. ft. Homebuyers will have two- and three-story floor plans to choose from."

Yup, that's next to St. Pius church. an old apartment complex was there but was torn down a while back. It is in 78209 which is Alamo Heights. A.H. H.S. has 1555 students and there is no room for anymore on that campus, which has no more room to grow. Yes, it's a balance but that is why A.H. fought hard to stop the development on Austin Hwy and Broadway.

This is well within NEISD, and in the city of San Antonio. Not all of 78209 is AH. Schools will be northwood elem, Garner middle, and MacArthur.

Thank you for that information; I did not know. I assumed Oakwell Farms was in A.H.district because I know of a few parents living there whose kiddos go to A.H.; perhaps they are paying tuition to go to A.H. as the kiddos in Monte Vista..

Just read the post OP made that I was responding to. I will make it easier for you and quote the post and even bold the part you should read.

I'll make this even easier.

Here's the rundown:

OP made a claim about a rendering in a SABJ article that featured there story townhouses, unlike anywhere outside the urban core.

I then respond with a link to that SABJ article, which shows now rendering of three story town homes.

OP then responds that the renderings are in the OP link.

I then say there's no renderings in said link.
