Bad at 8-9 am, 3:45-4:15ish, then 5-6:30. First two are right around Reagan start/end times, last is typical getting home rush hour traffic.

Well.... I live off SOP and it does get pretty bad. I'd say the worse times are 7:15a - 8:45a and then 4:30p - 6:00p. Outside of those times you will see a lot of cars, but they are generally moving pretty well. However, you'll suffer during the peak rush hours. That's the honest truth, don't let the naysayers turn you off. If you like the area, work with the traffic and enjoy your home. The area is great, nice neighborhoods, the best schools in the city, hills, trees, etc.
