Default Alamo Ranch Marketplace.

The Alamo Ranch Marketplace (900k sq.ft retail center) that is park of the larger Alamo Ranch masterplanned community will have a Costco (third in San Antonio), Super Target, JC Penny, Best Buy, Old Navy and much more.

Where is this located? I'm drawing a blank right now. Potranco and 211 right?!

I think it's located on the west side of Culebra right outside of the 1604. They are grading the land right now but they haven't put up signs as to what's going in yet.

Alamo Ranch is the red outlined area. At the bottom right of the outlined area (southwest corner of Culebra and 1604) that is where Alamo Ranch Marketplace is being built.

The 1 million sq. ft. retail center being built for Stevens Ranch (purple outlined area) is being built at the northwest corner of 211 and Potranco Rd, the bottom left corner of the purple outlined area.

Are all those stores confirmed or is that speculation? Where did you get that info?

I saw the site plan for Alamo Ranch Marketplace. Those are some of the stores shown. Atleast the ones that have signed on to the project.
