Don't know what's being built but BCAD shows it still owned by Anheuser-Busch Foundation. The rest of the Sea World property shows as being owned by Sea World of Texas Inc.

Maybe another In and Out, maybe a Santikos, or even an IKEA, Trader Joe's or Disney mundo. But no one can be quite sure.

I've asked around and still no one seems to know for sure what's being constructed behind Sea World of Military Dr.

Is there a sign for a developer or builder? Might be able to research it on their website if they list that kind of stuff.
