Thanks for reminding me about the free month. You have to ask about it and it's on your second three month period, or at least that's what they told me. I just mentioned reading about it on an online forum and that's when she gave me the info.

You should have your cans though, especially if you're on the Monday pickup. I ordered service for today last Friday and got the can on Saturday.

When I first got on the Tiger train about 6 months ago, it took them a couple of weeks to get us the can. We used our old cans during that time...

Yeah, they picked up our old cans for a while, then gave us a sticker to put on one of them. But they always picked up as advertised...

Cheers! M2

Tiger is the best and the office personnel are far superior to BFI. They treat you like a human being. I've been with them 4 years. No Complaints.

We have only been with Tiger and have been completely happy with them! With the windy weather we have been having, it is nice that their big cans don't roll down the street like most of our neighbors who use different companies! Plus their rates can't be beat!

my free month showed up too. I think the bill was $34 or something like that. I'm guessing those other losers are up to about $134 by now..
and it is nice to have a heavy can, although it did blow away a couple weeks ago when we had seriously high winds, but it only blew across the street. crappy part was it landed exactly where my neighbors can would be, so I had to debate whether it was mine or not. Luckily they left a little trash in it that I recognized.

If I'm not mistaken, each can is numbered. About a week ago my Tiger can was blown (it was half full) about 20 feet along the side of my house, and it was behind the gate with the lid down. Must of been a micro tornado.
