I think we're going to switch from WM. Once a week pickup will work for us.

How much do they charge? I saw from posts back in Sep it was $60 for three months, is that still accurate?

We use Tiger. No issues to report. Once a week pickup (Mondays for us). They will deliver a 95 gallon wheeled plastic can out to you. Quarterly billing for us is $63. Sometimes we have a little more than a can's-worth for the week, so we put another small can next to theirs. They take it, no problem. I wouldn't do it all the time though.
Happy with them so far. We are a family of 3 (10 month old boy) and I'm gone a lot on business...so once a week works for us as well.

I love Tiger. When we first started with them years ago they told us there was "no limit" and so far it's been true. We use their can and two of our own and have never had a problem. They don't throw my cans around and if they do spill something. they pick it up!
They will take all kinds of things the others won't. I did have to pay an extra $25.00 for them to take an old dishwasher but that was fine with me, all I had to do was set it out with the trash.

That's good to know. Sometimes I feel guilty putting a little extra out there. My dad paid them $5 to take a few small branches one time. They had no problem with it. Competition (with WM) is good.

Heh, someone else who gasped at their waste management bill recently I see. Waste management is starting to punch me in the gut with those $140 dollar statements.

Yes, I about fainted when I looked at my bill... up from $100 to $147... and I don't remember getting anything from WM saying it was going up, unless I just missed it.

$140 just for trash pick up??!! omg! Where do you live? Sorry if that comes out wrong, I guess I am spoiled with what we have. Mine got picked up about an hour ago. They couldnt have been nicer. Put all three cans back where they belong. I checked my last statement and I paid $60.55 for 3 months.

They are outside city limits...where WM likes to rape their customers. That's why we went with Tiger. Some have to have the 2 pickups per week though. That's the big issue.
