Oh, one other I didn't list. Unfortunately, the plans also call for a Wal-Mart Supercenter. If you enter the code for the other "major retailier" on google, it comes up as Wally World. ugh.

What I really wish is that the city would start to require land for schools if developers want to build large communities. Back when plans went in for Sonoma Ranch it should have been included. Definitely by the time Toll Brothers bought land. Where are all these kids going to go? Adding the apartments right there is just icing on the cake. I hope the school system has planned on buying a boat load more buses since they can't accomidate the kids we have now. Didn't they learn anything from Stone Oak?

By the way, that is over 2.4 million sq. ft. of retail development. Larger than The Rim over at 10 and La Cantera Parkway.

Default Where is this info coming from?

There is a meeting tonight at Bob Beard at 7pm for residences of the Arbor at Sonoma Ranch. I'll be interested to hear what is proposed. Where did the retail plans come from? Just wondering how accurate the info is that's on here...I guess I'll find out in a little bit-

I think they would have to close the Home Depot at Bandera, it is less than 1 mile from the new proposed one on Hausman. Don't you think?

Not really, there's two Home Depots less than 2 miles from each other on the south side.
