We are looking at an inventory home in the Windgate Ranch Subdivision. Anyone currently own or live in a Village Builders house around San Antonio? If so, how long have you been there and what has been you experience so far with quality, warranty, etc.? Thanks in advance.

I have family in that subdivision and they seem to really enjoy it. It's a very quiet neighborhood with large lots.

The only issue is traffic on 471 making it inconvenient to leave the neighborhood some mornings, but that's the extent of what I know.

Thanks for the insight! The size of the lots and the seclusion is what caught our attention. As for the traffic, we have lived in the Alamo Ranch area for almost 6 years so we know the extinct of the heavy traffic. I usually leave for work around 5:50 in the morning, so I miss a majority of all traffic to and from work.
