Need to get rid of a lot of cardboard packing/mailing boxes that are all different sizes. I accumulated them (a few at a time) each time I was out grocery shoppping, because I do a lot of mailing.
I realize now they are overtaking all my living space Yiikes!!! And of course the garage is even worse.
I also have LOTS of Stirofoam in different sizes, from large flat sheets to small pieces.

Should I put them in the Rycycled Bin or the Regular Garbage Bin?
Will the garbage collectors pick up cardboard boxes if they are sitting on the curb?
Or do they have to be inside the garbage container?

Better stilll...... is there anyone I can contact to pick them all up at once so this doesn't drag out for weeks?

Are these moving boxes because I would be interested in them depending on the location?

If they are moving size boxes put them on the "free" section of Craigslist and leave 'em outside. Someone will come by and grab them.

No,..not moving boxes.
They are boxes I picked up each I was at the grocery store to "mail" items in.
All sizes ..... but smaller than the standard "moving box". But good packing boxes anyway.

What size are the Styrofoam sheets? I use them a lot in prop creation for Halloween and would love to take some off your hands.

I just moved and broke my boxes down and put them in both the blue and brown bins. They will not take anything that is sitting on the curb unless it's one of there special collections, at least in my neighborhood.

I only put styrofoam in my brown bin.

Styrofoam sheets are approximately 36" x 31" ( " to " thick)
Some are a little larger and lots more that is a little smaller. It's great packing & padding material, when needed, except I have way too much..
