(gotta keep in somewhat SA specific here )

I'm gonna (finally) work on getting a degree. Gonna start at Northwest Vista until I figure the whole thing out.

Other thing is totally normal - get in shape. But I'm seriously interested in Krav Maga, so gonna look into that. Looks like fun!!

Anybody??????

1. Start a new hobby I can do with my husband, which is geocaching. That works in some exercise and getting outdoors as well.

2. I am seriously going to try and keep my fridge clean. I am a fridge loser. I keep stuff in there that we have absolutely no intention of ever eating, then what seems like 2 weeks later, I get to dump it out. I have fridge issues.

Good luck with pursuing your degree. I'm working on my Bachelor's through American Military University. It's hard, especially if you're working, but well worth it in the end.

As for me I am going to lose weight. I've wanted to get a bike for quite some time and in the coming months I'm going to make it happen. Until then I'll be hitting the pavement and the treadmill.

Congats Julesie, on working on your degree....
My most treasured accomplishment is having gone to college BEGINNING at the age of 35!!
And finishing about four years later!! wow.... you will definitely have MY support, girly-girl!!

I made a New Years Resolution, sometime back in the mid-80's, to never make any more New Years resolutions... I felt like I was always setting myself up for failure by 'resolving' with a great big capital R...

BUT.... I do like to try to set some goals for the new year....

I'm going to try to write at least TWICE each week, working on 'my novel'.....

Furthermore, I'm going to try to write DAILY, working on my novel.... I'll settle for twice per week.....

Oh Jules if you're into Krav Maga you need to get a hold of Brennan, he loves it and wants all of us to start. There's a new place in the Medical Center area that he really likes.

The usual here. Lose weight and get into shape. No fad diets just eat better and smaller portions.

I am also going to try to focus on being more positive about everything.

Good luck everyone on your new goals. Happy New Year!!!

Slow the pace of my life down. Right now I feel like I am going 200 in a 50 zone. With all the spoons I have in all these different soups I feel like I am going crazy sometimes! Such is life
