Hi so, currently I am renting at The pointe at Ramsgate (formerly known as la jolla) and it's a pretty nice place. Conveniently located, good price, clean. It's just a bit far from my husband's work. He works off culebra on tezel. It's not so far that it would be an issue but we have horrible luck with cars and would like the insurance of living closer to his work just in case. I would like a place similar to what we have now. 2 bedroom or 1.5 bedroom, 1 or 2 bath, would allow a cat. Rent between $650-$840 AFTER utilities. I'm a full time student for another year or so, so we need to know we can get by on his paycheck alone. Does anybody know if this would honestly be a possibility or should we just stay where we are? Thank you for your help.

I don't know if I didn't hit respond or what happened to my response a few days ago to this thread. However, I was looking in this area (and just a bit south) this summer. The budget may be a bit tight for a nice and safe area. The Hollows may fit within that budget. They are on the corner of Culebra and Potranco.
