There is a Philippine Market on Hwy 90 access road heading West just past Military Drive (past the Security Service Tower). There is a small Vietnamese store on Bandera (inside Loop 410 and East of Callaghan (on the North side of the road) and Tim's Chinese Market on Bandera outside Loop 410 past Wurzbach heading West (on North side of the road).

There is also a Philippine Market/Restaurant on Wurzbach Road just about a 1/2 mile North of Bandera. Another Oriental market is in that vicinity off Wurzbach.

Finally, there is Lily's Bakery/Restaurant located on the 410 access (heading North) road about 1 mile South of Marbach.

My wife is Filipino and we found many even workign in WalMArt New Braunfels.
Many of us found the wisdom of bringing our wifes back from their country although I Miss living there.

Does anybody know where I can find Filipino or Fil-Am communities here in San Antonio? I have been here for a year and 7 days in this city since I arrived and I only met few friends. I really want to meet new friends even if not Filipino or Fil-am. I feel so boring at home and not working at this time because I have a baby.

Wow all this Filipino community talk and I haven't heard one posting about Santo Nino Catholic Church: a filipino catholic church located on Rigsby/ 410... Has anyone ever heard of it?!

Yes. My wife and younger daughter went to a funeral there. I don't know why they built a Filipino church there as most Filipinos live in the North, NW, or NE part of San Antonio, not the SE. Here is their web page:
