hm. ill have to search for that. anyone in 78209 got a letter? nothing here yet, twc said we'd be notified by mail (not email. tempted to call them anyways since internet has been acting derpy last few days).

can anyone in 78230 comment if you've gotten / not gotten the upgrade? am considering moving there, closer to work.

Great to finally see some change happening. Been waiting for this for a LONG time. Talked to TWC Chat Support and told me that my area (78223) was scheduled for the upgrade in June. Hope they are wrong and it happens sooner...

I'll have to get a new modem to get the new speeds but even if I get the 30Mbps my modem is rated for I'll be happy. We are relatively heavy users 300gb/month and I never find myself saying "man I wish this was faster" with my lowly 15Mbps

Yeah, I get that. I'm not too excited about the download as I am the upload. I do a lot of streaming on Twitch.tv and the 2 Mbps down is pretty limiting. Either way, I hope it comes sooner rather than later to my area.

I received an automated phone call from TWC this morning. 78253 is now live with the new speeds. I'm just waiting on the new modem.
