They do. I received one when they had to come out and fix some wiring last month. They gave me a Technicolor TC8717T (16x4). Said it was the newest one they were installing and handles 300Mbps. It's definitely a huge box though.

Hubby phoned Time Warner today and they said our area is due for the update 4/10. We have to go 4/6 to pick up the new modem. We live in 78253 zip Rolling Oaks Estates.

From another forum:

The third wave of speed increases is going live early AM on April 8 in San Antonio. The following hubs will be upgraded: Crestway, Earl Roberts, Urban Loop, Culebra, Austin HWY, Ray Ellison and Eldridge.

Time Warner just told me the 78249 area will be getting the upgrade on the 10th.

I live off of Culebra a mile outside 410 and my internet went down for a couple of hours around 2 am this morning. Nothing has changed with speeds yet. Can't tell on the bonding channels since my new modem doesn't arrive until tomorrow.

I live in the same area and my internet died for a few hours also. I thought that this was it, but no. I still have only four channels. Maybe tomorrow morning?

I live in the Stevens Ranch Area off of 211 and Potranco we are suppose to go Live tomorrow April 8th, we shall see.
