Hello,

We are considering retiring in a few years and are considering the Del Webb Hill Country Retreat. We have a few questions and would very much appreciate any feedback.

1. Can you use your golf cart to safely get to a:
- grocery store?
- library?
- post office?
- Catholic church?

2. My husband and I will be in our late 50's when we retire. Are adult children allowed to live there with their parents? We will have an adult child with a disability at that time. It will be important to find a place that he is safe, able to be somewhat independent, and he will be accepted.

3. How bad is the summers there? Do you find the heat to keep you indoors most of the summer?

4. How many miles of biking/walking trails are there, and is there any shade?

5. Are there any bicycling groups?

6. Is there a way to garden there?

6. Approximate property taxes and HOA fees on a $200,000 home?

7. Is this a secure gated community?

Thank you so much for your help!

Claire

I would not drive a golf cart ANYWHERE in Alamo Ranch but within the gated neighborhood should be fine.
