What does it take to shut down a place like this ? Why bother with city inspections if they have no teeth.

Martha's Restaurant was even worse, but every time I drive by, I see their parking lot full of cars. I guess, some people don't care or don't get informed...

Malt House on Zarzamora and Commerce is also the same. Always failing the inspection. But, I'm sure someone would cry "historical site" if they tried to shut it down.

Same with Little Red Barn on Hackberry. How many times they failed? But when you go there the place is always full.
