Why would they open a location when there is a macy's next door? They are both owned by the same company..

Where are they supposed to build phase 2? Also, aren't there supposed to be a total of 3 phases?

No way is bloomingdales coming to San Antonio, before Dallas or Houston. Bloomingdale's has already announced back in August that they were scouting for a Dallas location, but that is probably on the back burner now that Macy's is closing a location in Dallas. Besides phase 2 is going to be more big-box type stores.

Why do you sound so confident sakssa? What exactly have you heard? As for Phase II, it's actually not going to be big box type stores, it'll be a much smaller footprint than phase one and many of the buildings will have two floors of either retail or retail and office. The only big box store would be the Barnes and Noble.
