I agree Paka - this age is great! Footloose and fancy free - old enough to have some wisdom and yet young enough to pick up and go somewhere when the mood strikes us. Plus not tied down to kiddos (or even pets in our case).

I think I would like to be all 40 years combined. Bits and pieces from each one to form my own version of perfection.. I'm sure I'll include things from each future year also, or at least to a point. The year I die will definitely be the worst

I will be 49 in March and the fun is JUST beginning! My kids are grown and on their own and I finally have the freedom to do exactly what I want to do. Plus, I will be a first-time grandma in May and so looking forward to spoiling my granddaughter!

How does that go? In your marriage vows, when you say Until Death Do Us Part...you're really setting a goal!

Age? Let's say I'm a card carrying AARP member, but too young to collect SS!

I'm a little worried about the last post: gwrober????

Now I gotta check my six

Just joking. I am 37 years old for the next week, then my age goes up a year. My wife, she just turned 30. She looks far younger than that. I showed her picture on my phone to a guy in a bar in a high-end DC and he said "She's more than you deserve. You don't rate that." No argument from me. Not everybody in DC is an Idiot.

CookieMeister, what is clean living and how do I achieve it????

I've spent a lot of money on procedures to look 30 again, so I've earned it. Thirty it is.

Your age nor mine doesn't matter. All of us still value your opinion and world view. Don't ever stop posting your view of things. It makes us rethink ours.
