Love those quotes! In my old age, though, I've made the following my motto:

"Life is NOT a trip to the grave with the intent of arriving in an attractive and well-preserved body, but to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand, chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, screaming "WOOHOO! WHAT A RIDE!"

I don't listen to country music, but this quote rocks!!!

It's like a modern day Mark Twain.

What song is this from so I can download it illegally and then claim I am innocent later???

Just realized that you are in San Diego...our NEWEST granddaughter lives out there...her mommy and daddy are stationed at the Naval base! If you are out shopping and see the cutiest little baby girl you have ever seen, give her a hug...that's my granddaughter!

It's called "As Good As I Once Was." The lyrics are here: TOBY KEITH LYRICS - As Good As I Once Was.

I'm glad I'm not the youngest one in here! I usually am. I'm 22, though I don't feel like I'm 22. I think paying bills makes you feel old.

I am 43, Mrs. Spamatdan is 31 and two girls 3 and 7. And yes, as a matter of fact, I am a late bloomer in the having children department. LOL
