Default Property Tax Deadline

Like anybody could forget.

TaxOffice

I just made my payment online, so it's beanie weenies for us for the next few weeks. The $2 echeck fee is sure a lot better than the 2.5% credit card fee, at least.

I like to pay everything online myself. But whenever I run across things like the tax websites that want to charge you some type of "convenience fee", I usually pay with an electronic check through my bank. A lot of banks have e-checking for free now.

For example, my electric bill and my phone bills take money directly from my checking account automatically every month for no fee. But Bexarmet won't do that and they charge me a fee if I pay by credit card, so I send them a free echeck from my bank instead.

Take Care and enjoy those weenies

Yeah, I probably should have done that, too, but I didn't. $2 might have gotten me another can of beans, though....

You might want to check that again. I just paid my Bexarmet with credit card, and there was no surcharge.
