If I had to guess it is considered Encino because you have about 6 neighborhoods that start out with "Encino."

Handyman husband shot his health firm CEO wife dead in their Texas home after he mistook her for an intruder

Debora Kelly, 48, died from a single shotgun wound at her home
She was killed by her husband, who said he thought she was an intruder
Kelly was Vice President of National Surgical Healthcare for seven years
She was also the CEO of South Texas Spine & Surgical Hospital
Her husband has been named as Lars Itzo, 48
He claims he heard noises coming from front of house and saw a flashlight
Police are still investigating and have not made any charges

Old friend of mine in SA woke up one night thinking he heard a burgler, so he grabbed a gun and went looking for them, dumbchit shot himself in the foot LOL!

That was an OK shoot since she was on the other side of the door. In that South Africa case, how could you possibly know it was not a bad guy ?
