You had better luck with them than we did - at least, their body shop. Wife went through a fence, doing front/hood and front undercarriage damage. When I went to pick it up, I (thankfully) had them put it on the lift after finding MANY missing fasteners under the hood. The undercarriage was even worse - it took them THREE MORE tries to finally get it put together properly. Had I simply driven it away, it'd been too bad for me.....

The only time I have had to use their body shop was years ago when a woman backed into my car and said she would pay cash for the repair. I explained this to them and they were fine with that, fixed it great and didn't charge "an arm and a leg". So I applaud them for this as well. Sorry you have had a problem with the Body Shop, hope you reported it to the manager and you got properly compensated.

Just a short drive out 90W is Castroville Chevrolet, formerly Wommack Chevrolet.
I gave up on the Big City Dealers years ago for various reasons.
I've bought 3 Silverado's there and use them for Service.
Great Folks.
Unfortunately after their recent sale the Body Shop was closed.
