Did you all see the ferrel hog in the median by Riverstone entrance? That thing was huge and ugly.
It could've made some good carnitas and asado though. Maybe some tamales.

Hi KY Filly, long time no see. A ferral hog is a domesticated hog turned wild. Just like ferral dogs, neighborhood strays that start hunting in packs and turn wild.

In regards to the toll roads, visit the site Alamo RMA: Alamo Regional Mobility Authority - Moving people faster . This site will list plans for toll roads along 1604 and 281. The western extension will start at 151 and should also be the project that connects alamo ranch parkway and 151. There was a town hall meeting held 6 months ago at Del Webbs Hill Country Retreat Rec Center that discussed the toll roads. RMA said the western extension from 151 to I-10 is second in line behind the 281 project north of 1604. They projected a start date of 2009, any more info would be helpful....I have not heard much on it lately

I saw it and it looked pretty bloated. I tried to speed by it, just in case it exploded.

They can be dangerous when they feel threatened.
I know they are causing problems in Bandera and Medina counties but I didn't think they would be around here.
I guess it was going to visit the Emu and cows that the nuns have.

Huh?? Holy Cow (& Emu)!!....again, no pun intended! Our new house backs up to the nuns. Hope we won't see wild boars or whatever running the streets!
