I'm a bit lazy so I didn't read all the pages but I didn't see mention of a toll. I did see the 151 extension that we know has been planned for a while (can't wait). Certainly hope that doesn't end up being a toll road. Anybody know?

Well, I was digging around, trying to find out what was going in front of Home Depot (found old thread here (circa 12/2006): http://www.city-data.com/forum/san-a...ra-1604-a.html)

and that lists the pdf of the site:
http://www.birnbaumproperty.com/PDF/Culebra%20&%201604.pdf (broken link)

I was able to find the Loopnet commercial real estate listing here: LoopNet - The Shops @ Culebra, Power Center, San Antonio, TX

Long story short, I went to the architect's site and found this rendering of a proposed Alamo Ranch Town Center: http://www.mdnarchitects.com/images/...nCenter_lg.jpg

So I drove into the AR Retail Center today and guess what? Looks like Best Buy is opening on May 22, ahead of schedule. Grand opening is 6PM on Thursday May 22 according to a sign on their front door.

Ehh... they're "talking about it" but I kinda don't think they're going to... They had thought about tolling the other parts of it also back in the 90's (before they built the mainlanes) but then they decided not to

Revolver is on a distinguished road
I close in a little more than two weeks at Riverstone in AR. I can't wait!

It's much better to be stuck in traffic headed to my first home than my quick commute to my 11th apartment.
