Hi, everyone. So I decided to hire Smith Thompson, and they are supposed to come and install the alarm today from 11 - 1. Now the guy just called about 10 minutes after that they are running late. Now, can they really be trusted in an emergency? If they were not professional enough to call me within the scheduled time frame, are they professional enough when an emergency comes up?
