Smile Anyone know whats going in at 281 and Evans?
Seems to be a huge development going in. I had heard a while back that it might be a new HEB, but sure looks like there's room for a lot more than that.

It will be a new shopping center anchored by a new HEB Plus. I believe it will be a giant shopping/strip center. Great news for all the people that live out north 281.
