Too late on the Oscar Carvajal's Saddlery set but others are listed. That brings back some memories. There was a shop on Flores across from the courthouse years ago that sold badges, cuffs, you name it for law enforcement. Likely it's long gone as is Carvajal's.

I buy most of my law enforcement gear online at law enforcement supply websites. Local stores tend to be expensive and have a small selection. I don't think I've been to Nardis, but the best store I've been to is GT Distribution in Austin.

Nardis is overpriced and you have to show credentials to shop there, even to buy something like t-shirts.
Their gun shop has decent prices on used guns...don't know if they sell handcuffs in the gun shop or only in the uniform shop.

Sterling is less expensive but some of their stuff is lower quality, so you have to be careful to look for the same brands that you'd order online and avoid their cheaper stuff.

Ordering online is better but sometimes you need something sooner or sometimes you want to look at it before you buy it, so it's nice to have local options.
