On the return, I was looking for the Starlite Drive-In. when I arrived back in Schertz, I saw the screen, behind a parking lot. I drove in and got 45 more photos of the Starlite:
Check the photos out on this thread:

That's all for the day. Now next Friday, weather permitting, I plan to be on the Riverwalk taking pictures from one end to the other. If you get a chance to be on the river, say from 1 pm until 4 pm you might just run into me. I'll be the ugly little guy with a bald head, long hair, mustache and a camera. Maybe we'll see ya there. Until then...

Romy:
The last set of pics were on the outskirts of San Antonio. Universal City is in the NE quadrant of San Antonio. Next to it is Shertz followed by Cibolo. Marion is about20 miles from San Antonio, Seguin is 40 miles east. New Braunfels is 30 miles ne of San Antonio. San Marcos is 50 miles ne of San Antonio. The furtherest was Wimberley, about 65 miles north of SA. Boerne is about 30 miles NW of sa on I-10 and Comfort is about 15 miles further. The little towns of Nelson City, Welfare, Waring are in between. McQueeny and Lake Placid Estates are just west of Seguin. New Berlin is about 25 miles east of San Antonio. All of the towns are within an hour or two drive.

Anyone here like to meet at Gruene Hall while ROMY is in town during Fiesta? We could get a table and where our name tags with our forum names. Thinking on a Friday night, 7-10pm, any takers?

We're going to have a party at Gruene Hall in Gruene, TX, just north of New Bruanfels in April. The time will be 7-10pm. ROMY from Spain (half French-half Spanish) is visiting Texas for the first time and we want to show her a Texas party. Everybody is welcome. Come on over and have a good time!!! More later.

My father is French ( Paris ) and my mother is Spanish ( Granada - south of Spain). I was born in Paris in nov1971.
I studied and graduated from law school. After being graduated I decided to make a "break" and have a sabbatical year before undertaking criminology studies. Another 4 years to become a criminologist. I really needed this break to gain forces to carry on my studies. So I went to my mother's country in Marbella and I got stuck here! You know when you leave but you never know when you come back! I currently work as project supervisor in a developer company. Nothing to do with criminology...
