I can't find any info on what the heck will be going on the fwy 1604 for these signs to be warning us of? Anybody know?

CONSTRUCTION LP 1604 BOTH DIRECTIONS (REDLAND RD) LANE CLOSURE .. CONTRACTORS WILL BE REMOVING 4 WIRES FROM POLES RIGHT LANE ON REDLAND RD. CONTROLLED TRAFFIC ON LP 1604
