We are in the process of moving to SA from Dallas , we are looking for rent to own or buy, in the $200k. At the same time we wanted a good neigbouhood and school district.
Any ideas please?

I would look into the Sbring Branch/Smithson Valley area. The schools are excellent and give you the out of town experience without living too far. Just drive 15/20 minutes down 281 for all the shopping and eating areas. Moved here from the same area and we love it. New Braunfels felt too small town for us.
