It just makes me sad/mad that there are people out there that make a "living" taking stuff that doesn't belong to them. But, things can be replaced-I hate to think these scum would break in, knowing people are home, with the intent on causing harm.

But but but, everyone talks about inside loop 410 being the places with the worst crime and any newcomers should move to these new neighborhoods...

What gives?

I don't think that anyone said "there is NO crime" in the new neighborhoods. Just "less" crime.

I had heard that crime is on a big increase outside the loop in the newer areas.

Hmmm, this sounds like a lot to me, compared to what I've seen in the inner loop 'hoods myself and friends live in.

I prefer to think that one crime is one too many.

It's not a lot and it's mostly car break-ins.

I would like to think that as well...but it's not realistic.

I know about the car break-ins. We had ours broken into about 3-4 months ago.

How many crimes have you seen? I personally haven't seen any.
