Yep, no need for any commentary until those funny little things like facts get in the way.

Officer was charged with murder. His gun said "you are f*cked" on it too. Classy.

The DA refuses to release the body cam video too.

Since this has nothing to do with the case at hand.........might also point out that on the case you're referring to, the officer was using a personal firearm, and the dust cover had an engraving that could only be seen when opened........usually that happens when it's fired.

If you read the article, it was one of the reasons he was fired. Using a personal firearm with that inscription.

The officer will probably be cleared of all charges anyways, but will he get his job back? Who knows?

Btw...I don't understand the title of this thread?

The linked story is not about the middle school girl who was put on the ground by the police officer. ?

In that case, she allegedly kicked the officer multiple times before he put her down. Of course, the media didn't show it, if it's available. I think it looks a lot worse than it is, because her backpack made a loud noise when it hit the ground. The Facebook comments are very much against the student and her mother.

Why when I click on the link posted by the OP, it shows me a different story? Weird.

Disregard my comments then if this is about a junior high school girl which I haven't read at all.
