The Bowie family made our only visit to the rodeo a couple of years ago when Steve Miller was the musical act. We'd go back if the rodeo folks would bring in some more musical acts that we like.

I'm a Steve Miller fan myself and I must admit that I don't care much for mainstream country music or what the music industy trys to pass off as country music. But afterall this is, a rodeo. I wouldn't want to go to a Blues Festival and find out that the main act was Reba McIntire. I would rather see more "good" and "real" country music acts at he rodeo rather than see it homoginized just to sell more tickets.
