I would recommend Kostka's on Nacogdoches, in a little strip mall that looks very dark and desolate in the evenings. But their food is really good and fresh.

I do seriously like garlic but it's better at night than at lunch...

I'm not sure about a limited menu, it seems fairly extensive.

I really like Demo's and Mina and Dimi's. There is one off of Babock near Madison Ave. and all those other clubs/bars (if they're still open) that is a terrible excuse for greek. Sorry but the name of it slipped my mind, but don't bother going there. It tastes like mall food.

Wasn't a Greek restaurant named the cleanest restaurant in San Antonio? I forget the name but it had like no infractions in the last five years.

I knew Demo's Greek Food (http://www.demosgreekfood.com/html/index.asp - broken link) had a second location, but I didn't realize it had 3 until I looked it up. Besides the one on St. Mary's, there's one at 7115 Blanco and a location at The Vineyard, close to Bealls.

I've been to Papoulis a couple of times, but haven't made it to Demo's yet.

The food was tasty with a nice balance of flavors. Everything seemed fresh.

My meal was a little messy the last time I was there. Despite my best efforts I couldn't keep the tzatziki sauce from the wrap sandwich from landing on my clothes!

It's Greek to Me - 5440 Babcock Rd # 147

Best Gyros in town IMO. They've won the blue plate award as well. Mom and pop shop, good people, belly dancing on Wednesday nights!
