A couple of good things from this.. the main thing is the fool did get some instant justice and hopefully it hurt real bad. The mall should also be protected from any lawsuits if the new Castle Law applies to them as well, which hopefully it does. I can't stand it when pieces of garbage sue people for something that was their fault in the first place..

Wow, was the guy that desparate??? WHAT DID HE STEAL?? If I got to where I was traped and deciding to jump or not, I would have been like "Ok forget it, here you go"- either that or I would have tried to fight/ get past the security guard....

how does that even go through your head?? 'Oh no, the rent-a-cop is after me, I think I'll jump!!!'
