The air quality wasn't bad, but as I said, my group was also volunteering and we got to climb the stairs before the race started, pretty much had the whole stairwell to ourselves. That morning was downright cold, and there were vents all the way up the stairwell, mess screens allowing outside air in... so it was chilling in the stairwell until you got going. I imagine once it was crammed it probably was uncomfortable though. I don't know. And you're right, there were no exits... keep going was your only option. It wasn't that bad though.

I called the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation today to check on times. They informed me to go to Soler's Sports or iaapweb.com for results. The www.iaapweb.com results are up now, the rogersoler results will be up this afternoon.

Good luck, I hope you can make it all the way!
one time I got stuck on the elevator while touring Interscope Records I just relaxed and meditated, I spent two hours there, if I would to freak out I would of probably attempted to break a door or something lol

Today Wed Mar 16,2016 we went to visited the Chart Restaurant it was full so we ended up in the bar an hour later the alarm turned. On and there was an emergency and we took the stairs seemed like forever to go all the. Way down and with our 5 year old terrified and we could hear the fire department very terrifying experience and when ended up on the bottom turned out to be a false alarm
