Late last night, early this morning, compliments of GOD and a gyno-surgeon to whom we are very grateful, I am pleased to announce Jacob Irving... the most gorgeous child born on the planet.....
wellllllllllll, you know.......

He lives in Maryland and alas I won't see him yet for a while... but he is well loved back there in Maryland and well loved in TX and CA and FL, where all his 'other' relatives live.....

GORGEOUS, right???
He was about an hour old in this pic, I'm sure he slammed the lid off the Apgar scale.....

Congratulations. I love the look of 100% pure innocence when they're that young. Too bad it doesn't last long

snake, rd, and qt...
many thanks.... Oh, rd, one of the first things I thought when I saw his pic, was oh, boy oh boy, they've got their work cut out for them!!! LOL... of course, I'm just the great aunt, so when he's with me, he'll be allowed to do anything he wants... I'm quite sure his grandparents will spoil him rotten too.... LOLOL....

He looks full of mischief. I think he's plotting something already.....

Congratulations!

(And thank you, God, that I will be sleeping the night through tonight, and baby powder is not my "scent" anymore! Loved my babies, but the very thought of an infant in my house makes me tired anymore.)

(You know what's even better than that look of innocence? The scent of a baby when they're just born! It only lasts for a short, short while ~ but aaaaaahhhhh!!! My midwife said she thinks that's what heaven will smell like! I agree! )

Congrats PGR!! He's gorgeous!!
