Default Stone Oak Subdivisions

Which Stone Oak sub is the best bet for $180-200k? Looking for lots of families, friendliness to transplants, a pool, proximity to schools & no neighborhood drama.

Thanks!

Stone Oak at that price point is going to be hard if you want new. Some of the older Pulte communities might have something at that price point - but will need updating.

Some of the Arrowheads, possibly Summit. Definately the non-gated ones. You'd probably be looking at a smaller, one story, though.

I know people that bought in the Las Lomas and Champion Springs area for around that price range. Their children attend the same school, Canyon Ridge, as my kids.
