Default New Builder Incentives

Hi all,

Has anyone had luck getting a builder to apply incentives after the contract has been signed? My husband and I contracted for our house in November. Now the builder is offering incentives that are 3 times more than was originally offered.

I plan on calling and asking, all they can tell me is no.

Plan on them telling you no. But it doesn't hurt to ask.

What builder? How much is your earnest money? How far along is your house?
