I think they were, I think I saw an old Spurs program from the early 80's that said that they had 2 locations.

I sure do remember.........
when there was farm and ranch land of cows all along loop 410. I grew up in Valley Hi over by Lackland AFB and I remember as a child on our way to visit my grandparents that lived over by North Star Mall area, all you could see were cows and horses along 410, especially by the Ingram area...........

I remember the one on the Riverwalk had something called Shrimp in Jump Sauce. It was essentially fried shrimp with a spicy mustard sauce, but I remember it being pretty good.

Broadway Bank time was CA6-3232 I think. And OL prefix, we were told stood for OLMOS which would make sense, maybe the phone exchange was in Olmos basin area.

I went to Pear Apple a handful of times and it was not that bad, I know they said gangs were there all the time. But I would only see a few rough looking people every know and then.

I am not sure if you are mis-remembering or the names changed a VERY long time ago.....but these are the COs (Central Offices in San Antonio)
