LOL!! San Antonio Light! I loved that newspaper. It was so cool to have 2 Sunday papers to go through! And yes, Chris, step away from the mic.

Default Whopper Burger

I rarely ate at this one as a Whopper Burger...but I can't easily count the times I have ate there as a Murfs. I belive it is in the Movie "Johnny B. Good"

"Rooms for Permanent Guests"
"A VACATION RESORT" and now it is 2 car garages and cable TV.
Thanks for this, where the hell did you find it?
Wait until you see what I am putting together for my own personal holy grail, the "Wolfe's Inn" or as it was known in the early days, "The W. W. Wolfe's Inn."

Right now, I am trying to get quality photos of WI (or so I am being told), and this cost money. Once I am done with Wolfe's Inn, and can recharge my dollars, I will do the same for Algo.

Wolfe's Inn made a slogan famous:

"A nice place for nice people"

What's interesting, is that I remember (perhaps erroneously) this was the same slogan for People's restaurant!!!

Good GAWD, GWhop...step AWAY from the Wolfe's Inn...it is ok...it was, it is no more...most of us built our lives around s, d, and r-n-r in the 60s and 70s...not a restaurant. Go to a Murf's...go to the reincarnation of Earl's...but for the sake of all that is good, let it go...let is GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

Wolfe's Inn, huh? I went to Fox Photo, the Lobo Lounge, and, of course, ate Wolf brand chili...does THAT count? BTW...how long has it been since you had a hot, steaming bowl of Wolf brand chili? Well, pardner...that's too long!
