Default Shakey's

I think we determined a while back...there were 3 Shakey's locations in SA.
-Austin Hwy
-Fredericksburg (@wonderland)
-San Pedro (present day Humidor or Richardson Lighting)

I posted a photo of glass Shakey's mug my parents still use for frosted root beer a while back. It is amazing, that mug is easily over 30 years old..and it still looks brand new. The ink on the Shakey's logo has never faded or chipped.

There was also a Shakey's on Goliad road right across from what is now El Tipicos restaurant. The Shakey's building is still there. I think it's a Day Care Center or a church. So I guess that means there were at least four.

Maybe someone that was interested could contact Shakey's and find out if there were a "definite three" or a new found four so the facts would be correct. I know for a fact there were only two Robert Hall Clothes. One on Loop 13 and one on San Pedro.

I can confirm the existence of the one on Goliad. Ate there many times during junior high and high school.

BrianW-I was not questioning your response of the existence of a Shakey's on Goliad.
I am glad to know there was a fourth. I question the negative response to the post.
I thought this was a data-fact finding forum, with errors on almost every post.
I stand by the fact that there were only two Robert Hall clothing stores, Tom Mcan sold loafers and white socks were the norm in the 50's and 60's.

I also ate at the Goaliad Road one many times. Do you remember what was different about the pepperoni? They were about a third of the size of a regular pepperoni, but they put a ton of em on it. I believe there was a Fargos on Roosevelt and Military drive or close to it. Both places were great. HHW
