I was wondering if Broadway has buyers. It seems awfully expensive. I heard prices start at 500k all the way up to 2 million.

Where on Broadway? And buying what? Anywhere can have a $500,00 building. The old Fox Photo building across from Pearl has been taken down. Now the Snow White Cleaners is going down. Up is going some high end apts. or condos. Not sure which. In any case it's all good.
I'm sure there will be buyers. People seem to want to get back into the urban areas, as long as they are good areas.
And Broadway looks to be getting gooder and gooder.

DUH!!!! I forgot that was in process. And it's right up the way a piece. Strange when you go by everyday, it kinda disappears. It seems Broadway is improving in both directions...uptown and downtown.

If there's people willing to pay over 300K for 2 bedroom shacks in Alamo Heights, I'm sure there's someone willing to pay half a mil for a condo.

There are also some apartments and lofts being built closer to downtown.

They've said that they're close to sold out. Now, they probably had an early run on the pre-sale condos and some have backed out, but they're still saying it's selling well. There's nowhere else to find that info just yet either, so who knows.

I'd be all over that or even better, the condos downtown. My only issue is I love cars too much and wouldn't have anywhere to put my toys.

Yes, many good things coming for Broadway. What we need is a Broadway light rail line from downtown to the airport.

Hey Kev, do you happen to know what Koontz has planned for the 2.7 acre piece of land they bought for 4 million dollars across from Alamo Stadium?
