Which by the way has already moved to the old Mission Chevrolet location. Vara last. Let me know if you find it!

Yeah...I've been to the new Walmart. I don't think they can build those suckers as big as they want and they are always too crowded. Still looking for the commercial...

Yeah well, It would be a pretty old commercial. You wouldn't recognize anything from Roosevelt to Goliad Road. Most of Brooks is occupied by stores, Restaurants Apartments. Wow! And another Wal Mart btw. Which is usually less crowded than the one closer to us. Two Wally's within what, half a mile of each other? Oh, I saw the Tanger Outlet in San Marcos. Wooow!! It's unbelievable! Huge! Monstrous! Colossal !!! What were they thinkin' !

Not true...I go home quite often, so I'm up to speed on the new stores, etc. Now in San Marcos, who knows?

That's true. Trouble is I don't know much about it. However , just found out my wife's mother had worked there. My mother in law and her best girlfriend came to San Antonio around the end of WWII. Just out of High School they found work at Wolffe's Inn. They would actually slaughter chickens out back of the place. I think my mil refused. By the way, a giant pie safe from Wolffe's Inn is now a booth at the Magic Time Machine.
