We are looking into purchasing already build house.
We could not find info if property tax is one time exempt or it's permanent. Any information on that?

The exemptions are permanent.

Permanent (you do not have to apply every year).
We have used the same bank/LO for our last 3 purchases. He knows our history and we like him a lot.
