No, I haven't gone online - flowers are the one purchase I have yet to make online now that I think about it. Just been looking for them when I'm out and about.
I have the perfect spot in my backyard for them!!

Anyone have any good online sites they have used to purchase flowers/roses?

sounds like the same moss roses (Moss Rose (broken link)) and as far as the bouganvillea, I had them in hanging baskets on my front (west facing) porch. The only problem with them is they do require some water every couple of days, they also require a lot of sun. The other plants I mentioned require very little to no extra watering. With all the rain we had last year I think I watered the plants once from a hose.

Both of those are great! Rainbow Gardens is one of my favorites, though. I love the "encylopedia"-type signs they have for every plant. The people are very helpful, too. I've had good luck with everything I've gotten from there. They actually helped me bring one of my bogies back from the dead--LOL--they sold me the bogie food. But, I managed to kill him again. I bought both of them from Lowe's now that I think about it, and I haven't had the best success with plants from there--except for one clearance (.25 cents) phlox plant I bought. It's flourishing in my front bed.

Good to hear. I am a candidate for those encyclopedia signs...I need the idiots guide to planting. I tend to plant before I think/plan....not always brilliant.

thats strange i have one in a pot that has completely lost all leaves and flowers at least 5 times due to lack of H20 and haven't killed it. give bouganvillas full sun and they are kind of tricky about watering. if you water them too much they rot if yu dont give them enough, they drop leaves. in sa, tx during the summer though they must be watered daily with good drainage. otherwise in times like now every few days does it. i have leaves and flowers and am watering approx every 3-4 days.

I love begonias and geraniums. They seem to grow no matter what I do to them! Aloe Vera grows well for me, too, as do spider plants. I can't kill them, either! Rainbow Gardens is one of the best places to check out plants, especially the Bandera Rd location. Shades of Green is another excellent nursery.
