Hon, as long as when I order it they bring me the proper green stuff (wth a margarita usually) I consider I am saying it correctly...the waiter/waitress understood! LOL

Man, all this guac talk is giving me a HUGE craving. I'm off to Taco Garage... home of the best guac tacos in the entire city. And despite being a native Spanish speaker, when I order I say "gwak". Hey, I've been out of Texas for too long!
