I would not recommend The Hills Retirement Apartments. The owner only allows maintenance crews to work on getting apartments ready for new residents so he can rent everything. If a resident there has a problem like dripping water, water leaks, bees, mold, etc. nothing will be done.

Do not go to the Hills retirement apartments. No maintenance is done for existing tenants. All the emphasis is on getting apartments "rehabilitated" for new tenants. Oldsters get no maintenace done.
