Is there a website out there that serves as a good catch-all for upcoming things to do in the area with little ones (preschool & under). Looking for dates, times, locations of things like library storytimes, zoo events, crafts, anything FREE...! Please e-mail me any links you know of. Thanks!

Our Kids San Antonio - SANANTONIO - Parenthood.com -

Plus your storage thread had an idea--put them under the stairs.

J/K, how would they get the dishes done under there?

You can pick up a free copy of the Our Kids Magazines at various locations around town--I think HEB carries them, and Jim's Restaurants also.

LOL!!! LOL!!! ROFLOL!!!!!!

Thanx Sapphire! I needed that laugh after the day I had today!!!

And mary, the link that Sapphire provided is the best that I know of. You can check the city library's site and the zoo's site for specifics for them. And check with the meetup (meetup.com ) website for playgroups. But the Our Kids mag is pretty darned good.

Also, a good source is mysa.com. Check the entertainment link--especially on Fridays, and there are all sorts of events listed on there. We have lots of free things going on most weekends.

One thing I can vouch for being an awesome deal--the family membership to the San Antonio Zoo. It's such a great bargain if you go even 2 times. Our zoo is very nice--just invest in some good sunscreen.

When my kids were younger we had a membership to the Witte Museum. With the HEB Treehouse in the back and the reciprocal membership privileges to museums in other cities, a family membership there is a great value.
